I love the triple cheese mushroom pie! It was very filling for a quick lunch. The new matcha chantilly cream cake is pretty good too. We came on a Saturday afternoon and there were a few counter seats and one table left.
A fairly chill Starbucks to spend your morning or afternoon in. Prompt service both in person and for online orders too.
As we had a 1-1 offer, I opted for a chocolate cream drink instead of my usual dark mocha, and it was a decent change altogether.
You could also request for less sweet or no sweet for your drinks too 👍🏻
Love the glass door when the sunlight really came in just beautiful! And i like that temperature of a/c not too cold jus alright!

The female staff was really sweet and nice to great all customers and after 1630 /1700 it was 2 young guys staff who i find really surprising nice to see western boy (ang mo) willing to work in Starbuck here in SG😊🙂
My first dine in and found great spot near window seating was able to share charging port with another solo lady too

Went down to order 2 Different size of chai latte with mocha and 2 christmas cheesecake . However when i reached home , there was only one cheesecake. And i was charged for the price of 1 . Staff was blur. Overall i feel that they should be aware of whats the order rather than be charging people extra.
Very Bad and Unpleasant Customer Service Experience. I came to this TPY HDB branch to order my hot Matcha Latte on Jan 5 at 8:00AM. There were only 2 people serving at that time. The other woman who took my order gave me a very unpleasant experience which made me gave this negative review :
1. NO morning greeting = NO welcoming vibes (in comparison to the other Starbucks branches I've been to around the globe) Come on! The New Year just started!
2. DIDN'T attend to me right away I waited 2 minutes at the counter saying ' Hello! ' to both of them Two (2) times (waiting for one of them to attend to me as if none of them heard me)
3. Didn't provide Receipts for my Orders including the additional order of Apple Muffin.
4. With the 2 of them making my Order, took them 5 minutes to get my Matcha Latte done. (there was no other customers they were serving at that time. In fact, there was only 1 customer seated inside when I got in)
5. NO Thank you for Ordering nor Handing me my order. (in comparison to other Barristas around the world who would say ' Thank you! ' or ' Enjoy! ') - It was so unpleasant that I was even the one who said Thank you Four (4) times. 2x for Taking my Orders twice. 2x for Handing me my Orders twice.
6. There was even no Napkin provided for my Order.
Overall I feel the experience was Very Unpleasant and Unwelcoming because of the Two who served me (Neglected is what I experienced).
I've never made any bad review to any of the Starbucks I've been to because it was always Welcoming and proving Good Customer Service. None of this kind of experience I've encountered before. Hope the management would look into these 2 who served me (1 Woman 1 Girl) at the given time and date to avoid this kind of Bad Customer Service Experience.

Staff super duper friendly.
Highly recommended to go when you need a place to think and do creative thinking.
Overall it is really nice to find such a place in the heartland of Singapore!!!

Place is quite small, i was not able to get myself a table for several times, maybe i always go during peak hours 😅
Drinks and pastries are good
I am lactose intolerant, i guess some dairy products they use are not suitable for me.
Tyler the barrista is very friendly and when you see him working there, you know that the drinks are going to be good. He also draws very cute cats on the cups!
